The dealership has been good to work with however, lately it takes months to get in for a simple oil change and inspection. I have always came to Nissan when I have recalls or when I need something checked out on my pathfinder they always check things right out and give me the out come and we get it fixed. Slow, unresponsive, and lacking attention to detail. Customer-facing folks are friendly and accommodating when you can actually get ahold of them. Not sure if the CRM system is terrible or what. 3 weeks for scheduled appointment and service was fine but asked for forward detection monitor light fix. Got home 10 miles later and it came on again.
