Totally a nightmare when I explained to the salesman I wanted to buy the truck for my business I didn’t not want anything else When I went to pick up the truck the finance department was very rode and d wanted to buy the truck for my business I didn’t not want anything else When I went to pick up the truck the finance department was very rode and didn’t want to sell me the truck because I didn’t want any warranty then they charge me 175 to register the truck and then they wanted 400 dollars more on top of the 175 witch I declined and they still keep my 175 also I brought the old registration with and they didn’t put the title in my business name so I had to pay for a new title and taxes again witches I plan on fighting that charge with them on top of that it took me four to get the wrong title from them I was treated like a second class person or worse I going to write to Ford motor company I would never buy another Ford truck if they have dealership like this And they do not a one star but the would not accept zero star Dana Ford you owes me money for the wrong title mistake More

Best experience in 20 years I have been buying and leasing cars for over 20 years and I must say this was the easiest transaction so far. My salesman nick squeo was extremely kno I have been buying and leasing cars for over 20 years and I must say this was the easiest transaction so far. My salesman nick squeo was extremely knowledgeable about the ford expedtion I leased. He took his time to go over all the mechanical, Saftey and technology options. Unlike other salesman I’ve dealt with he also didn’t try to pressure me into the purchase. After the test drive I sat with sales manager Steve riccardone. With very little negotiating we came to an agreement the same day and I could tell he was giving me the best deal he could. Usually sales managers give you the run around and I wind up leaving and getting a call back days later. At that point the deal is over for me. He beat another ford dealers price by $50 a month which was amazing. The next day I came in, signed my papers and was in my new truck within a half hour, which was a first for me. Finance guy was great also, unfortunately I do not remember his name. I was very pleased with the service I received from walking in the door being offered water or coffee by the secretary, to walking out with my new expedition. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a ford or Lincoln More
