As an example of fair dealing their Doc Fee is only $95. I’ve never seen a Doc Fee within 100 miles for less than 5 times that number. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Falmouth within the last twelve months and no dealer on the South Coast has come anywhere close to what Falmouth was willing to give. Particularly recommended are Amy Killoran, Sales Manager, and Coby Signs, Sales Consultant. They both have the magic touch that most purchasers who want a fair price and honest dealings would like to find. More

I have and will continue to go to Falmouth Toyota for my vehicles. The Service Department is top shelf and working with Amy Kiloran and Justin White are always a highlight of each visit to FT. Even when I am only going to be in the service dept. I always take the time to pop into say hello to Amy and Justin just to bug them and see if I can interrupt what they are doing. This past purchase at FT was the only blip on the screen I have had since starting to come in almost 25 years ago. It was minor but we were told we would be part of a money back program Toyota had going reducing the monthly payment but it turned out to be an "expired" program. An innocent mistake and more of a surprise than anything else. Amy was able to get us close enough to our desired monthly payment to make a deal the next day. AK to the rescue again. Overall, Falmouth Toyota is a top shelf business in our eyes. A pleasure to walk through the door for whatever reason. Thanks again! Paul O. More

I recently purchased a new 2021 Toyota Venza from Falmouth Toyota. My salesperson was Jeff Cummings. He was extremely professional and very responsive to my requirements. The sales process was vey comfortable and moved along very quickly. The process including my time with the business manager Justin White was minus all the histrionics that we have all experienced at different dealerships. They did not have the exact car that I was interested in due to the Venza only being available for a couple weeks and very limited inventory in Massachusetts. But within 24 hours, they were able to search and locate the exact model and spec that I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. From start to finish, Jeff Cummings was upfront in setting expectation as to his ability to get the car I wanted based on current limited inventory nationwide which was very much appreciated. All in all, a great customer experience and I would recommend Jeff and Falmouth Toyota without any reservation. More
