CUSTOMER BEWARE: Prestige Volvo is adding a 3% service fee to all credit card purchases for auto parts at East Hanover location. I recently purchased front and rear wipe blades for $99.06. I call Prestige after my credit card was charged $102.03, and they stated there was a 3% service fee to use a credit card. This additional charge was never brought up during the transaction. While service fees are now seen at restaurants and dry cleaners, I was very surprised to hear that Prestige is now doing the same. Moral of the story: shop around and ask the auto dealer if they charge a service fee for credit card use. More

I have owned Volvo’s for over 30 years - same dealership - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner.
