Ralph Paty is phenomenal. He found three different vehicles until he finally found the one that fit my wife’s needs and wants. Excellent Customer service in sales and service Service attempted to repair a maintenance safety issue on a recently purchased used Lexus. They tried everything even with TSB assistance. Even Lexus engineering was contacted and they could not offer a solution. Service tried everything ,but just unsuccessful. Sales then reviewed the situation and reworked a great deal for a new Lexus to make it right for the customer. Other car companies would not have done so. Fred Fortson went above and beyond to make the deal successful. More
