Oil change. Recall work Service was good. However the need service indicator was not reset so it comes on every time you start the car. back seat was dropped for some reason Service was good. The best Dealership I’ve ever encountered. I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even tho I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even though it was either outside of the initial warranty they gave for the car, or wasn’t included in it at all. The management I’ve worked with are of the highest caliber. Can’t say enough about theIr kindness and professionalism.. Thank you Mike, Greg and Roy; I am very grateful. Also, a shout-out to Andy who I have not met, but was Instrumental in getting a repair done for me that the extended warranty company initially denied my claim for. Thank you sir I too am grateful for you making that happen. Also, last but definitely not least, is Isaac in service. One of the friendliest guys you’ll find, and is an unequivocal boon to the Service Department at W&L Subaru. Thus, I can’t see myself shopping anywhere else for a new or used.vehicle, nor will I take my vehicles anywhere else for service. More
