The best Dealership I’ve ever encountered. I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even tho I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even though it was either outside of the initial warranty they gave for the car, or wasn’t included in it at all. The management I’ve worked with are of the highest caliber. Can’t say enough about theIr kindness and professionalism.. Thank you Mike, Greg and Roy; I am very grateful. Also, a shout-out to Andy who I have not met, but was Instrumental in getting a repair done for me that the extended warranty company initially denied my claim for. easy transaction This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I leased my first one, knowing I would be trading it in when the lease was up on something This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I leased my first one, knowing I would be trading it in when the lease was up on something bigger. I was concerned because I drive ALOT and have kids who are very messy, so I was afraid that I would end up with some ridiculous amount at the end of the lease to pay back. I was impressed with how easy it was to trade it back in to purchase my Ascent. I can't say enough about the sales department. I told Kyle what I wanted and Andy helped make it happen!
