Friday when I arrived at the dealership for the warranty work I was met with a smile and invited to take advantage of the waiting area, coffee and other cold drinks along with the delicious smell of popcorn. The Liaison visited with me, asking what I thought of my Matrix. I love it. My Service Advisor informed me that I will need front brakes when I come in for the next service appointment. I depend on Cleveland Toyota to keep me informed and take care of the needs of my 2009 Matrix. More

Oil Filter Change Under Extended Protection Plan I was impressed with the service since I showed up early and they got the car in right away. Secondly they washed the car because I asked.
