I purchased a Cadillac sight unseen out of state over the phone with Mark. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He’s wonderful to deal with and this was probably the easiest transaction I’ve ever been through. I would and will refer anyone to Mark. Angela ran through a tutorial of vehicle inside car with me and she’s very informative. Mark even called me to make sure I made it home that evening because he knew I had a 3 hour trip home out of state! Stress free and very pleasant day and love my new Cadillac XT4!!! More

Amie came out to meet us in the rain, chased down our new Escalade that ju at Big Star Cadillac! Honestly, the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Amie came out to meet us in the rain, chased down our new Escalade that just came off transport truck and was so good to our kids. She made our buying experience fun. She was very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. Iriam was very knowledgeable and did all of our finance paperwork with our credit union before we even got to his office. Angela came out the next day and went over all the tech features on the car and answered all of our questions. We will be back the next time we buy! More
