I flew to pick up a car at Bayside VW. They didn't tell me it was previously owned by a smoker. What followed can only be describe as condescending, patronizing, and rude. The sales person They didn't tell me it was previously owned by a smoker. What followed can only be describe as condescending, patronizing, and rude. The sales person seemed unknowledgeable of the car and the sales procedure. The general manager was rude and dismissive. I ended up buying the car despite the smell inside and the process took hours even though I had planned it out with the sales person. This was the worst car purchase I have experienced. Deception? Sexism? Incompetence? I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
