On a separate note, the only negative thing I have to say is that the Service Department wasn't up to par in regarding to fixing my 2016 Lexus NX 200t. I dropped it off for service regarding a clicking noise coming from the steering column. Aniekan Edem stated that the navigation system seal was hanging (or something to that regard) and that he hopes that fixed the problem.
