I’ve been a customer of this dealership for the past 10 years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in for an oil change this afternoon that I realized I truly owe Duke Iwata a stellar review. Back in August 2025, I brought in my 2017 Subaru Forester for a wobbling noise on the driver side. When I later heard a creaking sound in October, Duke got me in right away and arranged a loaner car, which I really appreciated. The Service team discovered that loose bolts in the lower control arm—left from the previous repair—were the cause. Duke was completely honest, took responsibility, and ensured the fix was done at no charge. Duke was attentive, helpful, and made the whole situation stress‑free. I’m grateful for the quick service, the loaner car, and the honesty. Highly recommend working with him. More

My experience with Dean Team Subaru has been great from sales to service. I had an Audi prior to buying my most recent Subaru (my second Subaru from Dean Team) and the service experience was terrible e sales to service. Had my emissions checked today at the Dean Team (Ballwin) location and the service team was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, checked in right at my car, and shown to the waiting area with cof location and the service team was excellent.
