I was in contact with Tony before the purchase because I was looking online at my options for a used late model vehicle. Tony kept in contact with me and told me he was there for my support. I shared some pre-sale information with him about my obstacles and he gently fielded those in our conversation at the xxx. During the process, Tony overcame all the obstacles that my husband (our family car go-to) threw out. He was transparent, forthcoming, and provided facts about the car that we understood. We came in unannounced. Vito greeted us and asked what we were looking for. I gave him the details and said that I was working with Tony. He said that Tony came in on his day off to help with an event, but would check to see if he was available. In the meantime, Vito had two cars ready for test-drive while he checked with Tony. He could have taken the sale right there, but he went out of his way to check to see if Tony was able to jump in. Tony (unlike another sales associate at another dealership-not Subaru) stayed over that evening we simply showed up. The Dean Team was throwing a Trunk or Treat event and it became quite busy. Tony's family showed up and he explained to them he was caring for a customer. He did not know they were coming to the event, but still could have easily closed up shop and said, let's do this tomorrow. Sam (in finance) also stayed that evening to secure our sale and allow us to drive away with a new used 2024 Forester. It was all I hoped for and with the kindness and grace that Sam and Tony provided during the process. We drove off the lot with our new car at 8:15pm that night. My husband was very impressed (which he is not very often) with the entire team at Dean Team. He said that every step of the way was done with clear communication and care along the way. Tony followed up in a couple days to schedule a clean up of my car, since it was late on a Friday night that we closed the sale. He asked if there was anything I needed them to look at and I had a couple very minor things. They fixed them and it took no time at all. The service team did a fine job. There was a very small ding in the windshield and they fixed it so well we had to really look closely to try to find it. They cleaned the car inside and out - it was spotless! Annie was clear, accurate and kind in her communication delivery. She kept in touch with me over the day and a half it took to service the car to detail. Annie answered all my questions in detail with thorough knowledge of the car and supported the Subaru mission to serve their customers. I will buy again from the Dean Team, should I need to. It was the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. More

Had a dead battery, got a jumpstart, and drove directly to the dealer. They determined the battery was dead and replaced it and fixed a flat tire. This was all unscheduled, they took care of the problems i to the dealer. They determined the battery was dead and replaced it and fixed a flat tire. This was all unscheduled, they took care of the problems immediately, and I was on my way in less than an hour. You cannot ask for better service than that. I am more than satisfied and impressed with the level of service from Subaru, specifically the DEAN team. More

This was my first time having service work done at Dean Team, I had a trailer hitch installed on my Subaru Outback I had just purchased. The experience was great! The price I was quoted was reasonable, I dealt with two different service people and they were both very nice and informative. The work was completed within the estimated time frame I was given and the price was actually just slightly less than quoted. The installation looked fantastic! FWIW, I did not buy my car at Dean Team, I tried to and wanted to but just couldn't come together on price and ended up buying my car at a different dealer. However, my experience in shopping for cars at Dean Team, and in trying to make my deal, was so pleasant and I liked everyone I dealt with so much, I actually felt a little "guilty" for buying the same car elsewhere but it had a couple of extra features and was just a better deal. This is why, when I wanted a hitch on my new car, I came to Dean Team to have it done. I'll be back for all my maintenance and service. (Oh, and when it comes time for a car again, I'll try again :) ) More

Dean Team's service drpartment has always been super helpful, patient, and courteous. They explain everything to me so that I understand it. However, I do have a complaint about your app. Trying to schedule an appointment is impossible! Whenever I hit "NEXT", it returns to the home page. So I have to call to schedule an appointment.
