No pressure and extremely helpful thru process John D from sales, Armand from tech support, Byron(?) Stahl insurance guy and John Carrol from finance were each helpful and at no time put any press John D from sales, Armand from tech support, Byron(?) Stahl insurance guy and John Carrol from finance were each helpful and at no time put any pressure on us. My wife and I both felt they were trying to provide us with what was best. Only disappointment came from fact that initial "best deal" that John offered was not "truly" best deal as evidenced by "final" deal he was able to offer after I received substantially better "deal" from another dealership. Guess that's why "trust" is so hard to earn. I will always go back to John and only wish I could avoid avoid nonsense of seeking competition price. More
