Overall purchase, which had to be ordered, went smoothly and Charlie was very good at keeping us in the loop during the waiting time for the car to be delivered and we enjoyed working with him. However, and Charlie was very good at keeping us in the loop during the waiting time for the car to be delivered and we enjoyed working with him. However, outside of Charlie's control, we were very disappointed with the amount of time it took on the pick up day to get through all the paperwork. We were first "in line" to have the paperwork completed, but the overall process took more than 4 hours from arrival, with 2 hours trying to complete paperwork, although this was a cash deal - not financed. More
