Professional service but the overall experience was negatively affective by something unrelated to the actual maintenance. While my vehicle was being serviced, the trade‑in department took photos of my negatively affective by something unrelated to the actual maintenance. While my vehicle was being serviced, the trade‑in department took photos of my car and completed an appraisal without my knowledge or approval and contacted me. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told this was an “automatic process,” which sounded unreasonable and dismissive. I was also assured that a note would be added to prevent sales outreach, yet I still received a call on 2/5. More
