I arrived just before 9:30 for a 9:30 appointment. After waiting 20 minutes, I had not spoken to a service rep. When Ashley came out to talk to another customer that arrived after me, I waited until After waiting 20 minutes, I had not spoken to a service rep. When Ashley came out to talk to another customer that arrived after me, I waited until she was almost finished with the other customer. She realized that I wished to speak to her, so she asked me if I needed something. I told here I had been there for 20 minutes without speaking to a rep. She looked at the other paper in her hand and asked me if that was me. Yes it was. When it was my turn, she told me the service should take no longer than 90 minutes. I left at 11:40-2 hours and 10 minutes after arriving. I don’t find this acceptable. The work done was fine, but if I have booked an appointment for a certain time, than I should be taken care of at that time. More

Did not talk to her… either on drop off or pick up. I understand she was with someone or somewhere when I got there. I don’t know where she was when it was done.
