The truck is exactly what I was looking for and in the color I wanted. Austin was helpful and kind but not pushy in any way. Financing was confusing because my credit had been frozen, by me, and I couldn' color I wanted. Austin was helpful and kind but not pushy in any way. Financing was confusing because my credit had been frozen, by me, and I couldn't get it unfrozen for hours. I did not pay as much attention as I should have and for 36 hours after I got home I decided there had been a mistake. I went back in Monday morning at 8:30 and it was explained to me and the mistake was mine. There was also a scratch on my truck I did not see until I got home but Justin said he would get it fixed no problem and I would never know it was there. My wife plans to replace her car in the next year and we will return to Toyota of Cleveland. More
