Id like to give Austin Meek a blue ribbon for his patience and information. Ive been coming to this dealership for service for 3 yrs and NO ONE has ever check to see if i had a service agreement. When we bought the car in 2021 (?) i didnt realize my husband purchased a maintenance agreement, knowing I would be dealing with the car after his passing. Aulstin checked the record and found the agreement where service crerdits were never applied to any of my service visits. Kudos to Austin More

Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More
