2nd bad experience with service dept. Came in for a pre-paid oil change and multi-point inspection. Upon leaving, the TPMS warning light came on. I was able to determine that they had rotated the tires but didn't bother to check the tire pressure. Since pressure is supposed to be different between front and rear tires, this meant the tires were no longer properly inflated. The oil looked clean so it would seem that it was changed, but what else did they fail to do properly. I have no confidence in this service dept, but discussions with other Toyota owners reveal similar experiences at other metro-Altanta dealers. It seems that safety testing isn't the only thing that Toyota is slacking on. More

Can’t make reservation for 5k service called they say drive I. And it’ll be 20 mins. Got there and was told it’d be 75 mins. At least. Had to leave drop wife off and come back. Got back and dude acted like he’d never seen me before and acted like he hadn’t greeted me 15 minutes prior. Got taken care of by different person and Mr meek was very nice and helpful. You should move these simple services ahead of longer ones I think that was what your supposed to be doing based on what people tell me on the phone. More
