Best new car buying experience I recently purchased a 2018 Camry. I’ve owned two Camrys before, but this is my first purchase at Toyota of Naperville and I couldn’t be more pleased I recently purchased a 2018 Camry. I’ve owned two Camrys before, but this is my first purchase at Toyota of Naperville and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I appreciate a straight forward, no hassle deal which is exactly what I got with Barbara Aceto’s help. She met me at the door and worked very quickly. I went in to test drive a specific vehicle for which Maxine Green provided an on-line price quote. My own research and trade-in quotes were accepted without question. Andrea explained extra options available but applied no pressure at all. My technology knowledge is limited, but Barbara and Erik helped me through all the steps of setting up my new vehicle/smart phone connections. Every moment from walking through the door to driving out the car bay with my new Camry was truly exceptional. I would recommended this dealership to anyone. More

A Very Pleasant Experience This was our first time dealing with Toyota of Naperville. Our previous cars since 2003 have been Acuras. They have a very nice clean showroom and were very hospitable. Our primary salesperson, Nadeem was great. Seemed very knowledgeable of the features of the Toyota Avalon Touring that we leased. The actual transaction process went smoothly - the entire purchase transaction and car walk-thru only took about 2 hours. More

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WHAT THEY DID TO US WAS JUST WRONG!!! My fiance and I bought a 2017 Highlander at this dea PLEASE DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! WHAT THEY DID TO US WAS JUST WRONG!!! My fiance and I bought a 2017 Highlander at this dealership, and we really feel deceived and misinformed. We wanted the car out of door price for 39k, and they had agreed with the price. So we thought we got the car for 39K, but looking closely at the paperwork, we been cheated by them. The car came out to be 42k. So, we came back to the dealership and talk to the car manager, they turned their back on us saying that they sold the car to us for 39K and that price does not include tax and other fees. That is just wrong, does he not understand when we said we want the car out of door with 39K???? Most of my family member drive a Toyota and we have purchase a few Toyota from other dealership, and this crap never happened to us. It just maked me very upset about the way they cheated on customer. I bought my 2015 Highlander at Orland Park Toyota, they were very good at negotiating, and their paperwork are very clear of everything. I wanted it the car for 39k also out of the door, and they agreed with that price and sold the car. And they are great with paperwork, they showed us every lines on the paperwork to make sure the price was correct, and provided us all the documents that needs to keep for the car. But, at this Naperville dealership, we did not get the same service as Orland Park, they spinned through all the documents very quick and just want us to sign. And, we just made a big mistake not to look at the documents closely. We would never expect they would cheated on us like this. until, we received out first bill, then we realized it, came back and talked to them and they were not nice and try to solve the problem. Keep telling us that they did nothing wrong and everything were all on paper. One thing, at Orland Park, when I bought my car 2 years ago, they provided us many paperwork they show the price of car clearly. But at this dealership, they only gave us one piece if yellow copy paper and they put all the way at the bottom of the folder. It seems like they tried to hide something. And just recently, i heard from co-workers and friends that Toyota Naperville is not a good dealership to purchase car, the price of their car are way higher than other Toyota dealership. We had such a bad experienced, and we will never ever purchase a car from them in the future. SO BE AWARE EVERYONE!!! GO TO OTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

Personable, knowledgeable salesperson Barb is a great salesperson. She really listened to what I wanted in a car and helped me find the perfect one. Since I purchased my car, she has called twice to invite me to informational meetings the dealorship was having for new Prius owners. I recommended her to a friend who also purchased a car from her, and I will soon return with my daughter who is looking for a new car. Great job Barb!!! More
