Extremely disappointed with a current service department issue that was taken up with Ben Carlson the Manager. In short my young, inexperienced son is being taken advantage of and was told that his leased v issue that was taken up with Ben Carlson the Manager. In short my young, inexperienced son is being taken advantage of and was told that his leased vehicle with ONLY 23K miles on it needed 4 new tires. When my son received the call while busy at work from Evin Calderon in the service department about tires being worn down to the wear bars (once again after only 23K) my son thought he was obligated to put new tires on and consented. Again on a vehicle that he will be turning back in in a matter of months. My son is into his lease by 2 years and 3 months of a 3 year lease and well below the allotted mileage, and since we all know Toyota will incentify a new lease program in the coming months (typically 6 months prior) my son was looking to turn in the vehicle in about 3 months and re-lease. Instead he was taken advantage of by paying for new tires (how convenient for DCH Toyota to receive the car back shortly with brand new tires). The car is still currently sitting a DCH Toyota with 0 miles on the new tires and DCH is not offering anything to my son to make this unscrupulous sales job any better for a possible return customer. BTW myself and 3 family members bought vehicles from DCH in the last 3 years but based on how this is handled that will be reconsidered If Ben Carlson and DCH step up and do the right thing I will post again and let all know how they handled it. Stay tuned... More

Bought wife a car there a little over a month ago.Powerwashed car using wide angle setting.Paint came off car .My friend who witnessed this couldn't believe it.Wife took car to dealership was gi ago.Powerwashed car using wide angle setting.Paint came off car .My friend who witnessed this couldn't believe it.Wife took car to dealership was given corporates number.Contacted corporate who told me the service manager stated it was caused by environmental factors and not a defect in the paint. Was told by corporate that there trained to be able to determine this.Stated if that's the case they should be able to prove that with a training certificate. Corporate then stated I dont know if they were trained. Was told they wouldn't cover damage..if not rectified by dealership I will be seeing them in small claims court ..Oh and dch if you see this you better present the training certificate showing you are actually trained in being able to make a determination when in actuality its impossible to do so.And my witness will be there..I have bought many very expensive Toyotas through the years there top of the line limited 4runners and in 2019 a platinum sequoia. Was it because my wife purchased a lower end corrola? And do you always insinuate customers are lying as you had done in this instance? Done with this dealership and now Toyotas in general as they don't stand behind there products.. We shall see you in small claims court soon.. More

The atmosphere for a Black person to walk into this facility is still oppressive. My service was quick and impersonal. The overall experience was not quite up to the standards I would have expected. The salesman was nice and polite but he "process" was extra long and arduous. We did not feel respected as customers. The car I would have expected. The salesman was nice and polite but he "process" was extra long and arduous. We did not feel respected as customers. The car had some hidden grime on the rear cargo mat which was covered by a set of 'EXTRA" floor mats in the back. One rear passenger hub cap was scratched up! Would not recommend More

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The technician accidentally did not screw the oil cap on after changing the oil. The result, Oil spilled on most of the engine which caused my engine to technician accidentally did not screw the oil cap on after changing the oil. The result, Oil spilled on most of the engine which caused my engine to smoke. Fortunately the smoke was intense enough for me to realize their was something seriously wrong. I pulled my car over and opened the hood and found the top oil cap missing, the service technician placed the cap at the front of the car but never returned it before closing the hood. I had to bring my vehicle back to top of the missing oil and have the engine cleaned. I brought the matter to the service manager (Ben Carlson?) Ben was very understanding and professional. The matter was taken care of and I was promised a letter documenting this matter should something happen to the engine due to this mishap. In the end I was pleased with how promptly the service manager addressed the problem. I also understand the employee performing the job is very reliable and mistakes can happen even with the best of employees. His mistake is forgiven. Their is one matter I was not pleased with when visiting the dealership that day. Before arriving for my service appointment I was called by one of the DCH sales employees in connection with my 2019 Toyota Rav. A few months back I entertained the idea of selling my car back to your dealership and possibly entering into a new lease for a 2021 Toyota Rav 4. During this dealership visit I was only offered enough to pay of what I owed on the lease, which was $25,723. Ironically two other dealerships offered $26,523 (Healey Hyundai) and $27,253 (Prestige Toyota) dealership. I decided to wait on making a decision. On 6/7/2021 before I arrived for my 10:15am service appointment I received a call from one of your sales associates wondering if I was still interested in selling my car. I explained the offer I was given previously was an insult and much too low and far less than neighboring dealers. The sales rep said prices on used vehicles had increased significantly and she was sure they could do much better. So I was told that after my service appt. the sales manager would appraise the vehicle and provide a good offer. What irritated me the most was the time it took for the sales manager to appraise the vehicle. Pictures were taken of the car etc. Upon waiting for the appraisal the sales manager (David Kolozy?) asked me "what did I want for the car". No formal offer was provided in writing. Your company reached out to me saying they were interested in the car I did not reach out to you. To then ask me "What do I want for the car" is disappointing and dis ingenuine. I feel your sales manager was hoping I would throw out a low figure in hopes of "low Balling" me for a vehicle that is certainly clearly worth between $29,500 to $31,000 trade in, not retail, with only 19,200 miles. XLE premium. In my survey I would have provided 4 or maybe even 5 stars for the days experience even though it did not start well, but ask to appraise my car and then insult me and offer a verbal $26,000 barely $250 more and almost $1,500 less than other dealers was a clear waste of my time. Your dealership can easily sell my vehicle certified for $31,000 to $32,500 in a heart beat. What your company should have taken into consideration... I was already an existing customer and to try to low ball me for my 2019 Rav 4 Premium XLE and then want me to consider leasing another vehicle was insulting. The unfortunate outcome is the customer you turned away works for a large local company in the area and works in customer service and was likely to make many referrals and speak highly about my experience. Instead I feel like your staff was hoping to take advantage of me. I surely hope my next visit to your dealership has a better conclusion. More

After doing much research on car dealerships on the internet, I was surprised at the warm and professional atmosphere when walking in the first time. I did not feel defensive or challenged.
