The car scheduled to be picked on Monday the 24 g at 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. Everything looked good until we reached the rear passen 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. Everything looked good until we reached the rear passenger door.Thr door had several lightly scratches all over the door. The salesman took pictures and I told him I would not take delivery of the vehicle until all the repairs was done The General Manager wanted to see how bad it was. We went to inspect the car together and he proceeded to try and tell me that the scratches were superficial. My response was, he had access to the expertise and they could repair the vehicle .I was not going to accept that vehicle the way it was and since it was a certified vehicle it had to be repaired.I also mentions that if that couldn’t happen , then mayb I should take my business elsewhere. I was able to take delivery of the vehicle a day later to my satisfaction. More

Unfortunately, Wappenger Falls Toyota takes advantage of its customers. They charged me. $255 dollars for an oil change and two light bulbs. Service Manager Ben Carlson tried to tell me all the Toyota deal its customers. They charged me. $255 dollars for an oil change and two light bulbs. Service Manager Ben Carlson tried to tell me all the Toyota dealerships charge the same price. Completely NOT true. I spoke to all 6 of the closest Toyota Dealerships and none would have charged anywhere close to that. $56 labor on a simple oil change and $ 93 on light bulb I could have done myself in 5 minutes. Mr Carlson told me he would call me back when I complained, however he never returned any of my calls. The place is a complete rip off. BEWARE! More
