The start of our experience was excellent but went down hill as soon as we started signing papers. It’s was incredibly frustrating and disappointing after thinking we were in good hands. I would absolutely not recommend buying from this dealership and wish we had gone elsewhere. On the flip side, we had a great experience at their service center. We had to go there because of our salesman not doing what he was supposed to do when we purchased the vehicle. Beth at the service center was excellent. More

Beth took great care of me white Kathy was out She was great at keeping me up to dat e and got me out as fast as possible. I was also please d to see that Rivera Toyota stopped the cc upcharge for repair great at keeping me up to dat e and got me out as fast as possible. This way everyone is treated fairly, even if we all pay a bit more to cover these charges. More

I was an unannounced customer due to my vehicle having an acute mechanical issue. Beth Hicks was my service advisor and promptly had my vehicle brought in for diagnostic testing and then repair. Beth kept acute mechanical issue. Beth Hicks was my service advisor and promptly had my vehicle brought in for diagnostic testing and then repair. Beth kept me apprised of progress and expedited the repairs. Beth made the whole process very easy and had us on the way well ahead of when I thought the car would be ready. Beth is the best Toyota service advisor I have worked with since owning my first Toyota back in 1993. More
