After checking multiple dealerships and finding none available we checked the Muskegon dealership and talked to Andre Coffee. He also told us none were available but they had one to test drive. We took the test drive and knew we wanted one. Andre walked us through the ordering process so we could get just what we wanted on the car. He did not push any extras on us that we didn't want and explained everything to us. He also kept me updated through the 60 day wait. It was definitely worth the wait! When we went to pick up the car, we were offered something to drink while we waited by two different people. Everyone there was very friendly. Andre sat in the car with us and explained all the features. Very thorough job. With salespeople like him I can see why they have such a good rating. Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a great car and great service! More

I have been to lots of dealers, and these people are way beyond in every way. The whole experience was no stress, total friendliness, cooperation. Everybody tried to make us comfortable and match us with the right car and the right payments. We started in the used car area, but ended up in the new car part, which was the right choice for us. While we dealt with multiple people, there was never the feeling of being shuffled back and forth, but rather the feeling of getting the right people working with us. Always a concern for our convenience rather than theirs. More

new car purchase I went in last Saturday with my boyfriend to test drive a new Rav 4 for the 1st time. Austin was the salesperson that we dealt with. He was nothing I went in last Saturday with my boyfriend to test drive a new Rav 4 for the 1st time. Austin was the salesperson that we dealt with. He was nothing like the salespeople of the past that you couldn't wait to get away from! He asked me questions and listened to me. He got a car to test drive, came with us, and answered questions. When we returned he got Jason, the sales manager, to give me a quote. They were not high pressure at all!!! It was quite pleasant. They took my phone number and let me leave when I was ready. Austin followed up with a phone call days later, and by Friday I was driving my new car home!!! It was a great experience, I would recommend this dealership to everyone. And I recommend the Rav 4 too!!!!!!!!!! I had been driving my 16 yr old Rav 4 for 14 yrs. with 250,000 miles on it and knew that was the only car for me again! More

She helped us explore various options for leasing a new Altima & explained how the car & various options worked during a test drive. She & Jason Meekhof worked together to help us decide whether to lease or purchase. When we decided to purchase, they helped us transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. Jason was very helpful in removing an after market XM radio from our old car. Bill Ferry helped us speed through the paperwork. I have always had great experiences at My Auto, but this time was above and beyond! I was able to do most of the purchase over the phone with Katie and only had to come in and sign with Bill! After enduring a miserable experience at another Subaru dealership, I contacted My Import of Muskegon as I noticed they had my vehicle in inventory. What were my expectations when calling? To be honest, dealership, I contacted My Import of Muskegon as I noticed they had my vehicle in inventory. What were my expectations when calling? To be honest, something along the lines of the typical name/phone number harvesting followed by a bloated quote. What did I get? Jason Meekhof picked up the phone and, within moments, provided me with an extremely competitive quote. It was clear to me that Jason was familiar with the product and knew exactly what he was doing. This was a complicated transaction as it involved a trade-in and the dealership was three hours away from my home. Jason was extremely professional, provided excellent communication through the entire process and, most importantly, followed through with everything he stated. The dealership experience was top notch and the finance manager Bill Ferry worked quickly and efficiently to assure that I was able to get back home to my family. It was well worth the drive and they have gained a customer for life. Do yourself a favor, bypass the typical dishonest sale runaround and talk to true xxxxxxJason and Bill at My Import of Muskegon.
