This is the worst customer service representative I have ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am. It is now 10:00 am and my oil change is not complete. I questioned if it is typical for an o ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am. It is now 10:00 am and my oil change is not complete. I questioned if it is typical for an oil change to take over an hour in which Bob looked at me with a disgusted look and responded "yes". I am now going on 2 hours, and I can see my truck has been sitting outside for 15 minutes and he has not told me it is ready. I am now just going to sit here and see how long it takes him to get to me. More

The absolute WORST dealership I have EVER done business with! Our original salesman was new and young so we primarily dealt with managers...they are huge time wasters and then when it comes to servicing t with! Our original salesman was new and young so we primarily dealt with managers...they are huge time wasters and then when it comes to servicing the few MINOR issues before delivery, the service department wasted our time also. Purchased a dealer demo car "it has a recall so we can not deliver until recall is done" Ok, so we gave it 2 weeks for the part to come in and get installed. In the meantime, can you please change the oil (we purchased at 4500 miles so it's gonna be due soon) and can you please shampoo the seat with the spilled milk stain and repair the weather strip that's flopping by the back door, "Sure! We can do all of that for you while we are waiting for part for the recall" We were called that it was ready for pick up and that they did all the requests the salesman asked for... went to pick up car the next day and the only thing they did was the recall...it wasn't even washed and prepped for a normal car sale!! Made ANOTHER appointment to get the remaining items worked on (since they were promised as part of the sale) plus an addition service since the light above license plate was damaged from recall repair... went back for those things and they still could not complete due to now needing to order a part....part comes in, we make appointment and was told no more than 2 hours to repair so no need to get loaner car. I go in for the 2 hour repair and am told that it will take at least 4 hours to repair but we don't have any loaners to give you!!!! I am so done with this place at this point. 5 trips to dealer, 8+ hours total for sale and now can't get the service completed! I WILL NEVER do business with Currie again! More

First Time Customer - Worst Experience This place doesn't even deserve one star. I was a new customer and never bought a vehicle here and never will again with the experience we had. We b This place doesn't even deserve one star. I was a new customer and never bought a vehicle here and never will again with the experience we had. We bought a 2019 Ford Expedition. We wanted to put an after market sunroof in which its Derek's job to look at the vehicle and know it wasn't going to work, but took our money anyways. There were other things that needed to be fixed. Burn in the seat, chip in the windshield, smelled like smoke so they were going to take care of that, mismatched tires. We dropped our vehicle off and they had it for over three weeks. We had to constantly call to find out what was going on. We were lied to every single time. They said things were fixed that hadn't been fixed. We paid for the interior and exterior protection plan that was a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS PLAN! They didn't even vacuum the car before spraying the protectant on it. We go to the service desk this morning and the guy made us feel like we were bothering him. This place had our brand new vehicle for over 3 weeks, we were constantly lied to and this is the treatment we are getting. Here we are again calling this company to get our money refunded for the sunroof and we can't get it for 3-5 days. Their motto "Nice people to do business with" is a complete lie. Nothing but lies is what we dealt with. More
