Hello Mr. Engstrom, I'm reaching out to you after reading your comments on your recent service visit. I don't know where the lack of communication started but I wanted to clarify the Super Cruise issue with you. General Motors has been working on that issue since 10/25/2024. There is nothing we can do at the Dealership level; it is a General Motors Engineering issue. They don't tell us what the "fix" is, but I would imagine it is probably a software issue. We sent files of information to GM Technical Assistance the day of your service visit and they informed us at that time that they are aware of the concern and will reach out to us when there is a resolution.
