In the last two years, we have purchased two BMW X 5s from Ferman BMW at Palm Harbor. When I told Rocco that we did not need him to do anything more for us, he insisted it was part of his job to make sure we were completely satisfied. Everyone was totally committed to making the entire process as pleasant and seamless as possible. All three representatives even provided their cell numbers for assistance after the sale. Before each purchase, we shopped all the BMW dealers in the Tampa Bay area and found Fermans prices were the most reasonable.
