I have had this car kia Sorrento 2011 for years. I have had a knocking in my car and have brought it in a few times for this. I was always reassured everything looked safe. I felt very comfortable and trusted them without a doubt. Sometimes you hear a noise but everything is good!!! If I bring it in I always have them check it anyway. The last mechanic I had decided to replace a few things. My car doesn’t squeak, and it’s quiet. Yay!!!! Sam and Bob at Kia on Market, in Wilmington are amazing. I always feel welcomed and they treat me with respect. My next car will always be a Kia! Thank you Lorraine Collura More

Coastal Kia makes Car Service easy. . My car was taken punctually and I was given a ride to my destination and picked up when I was ready to go back for my car. Bob explained everything . From the time I drove into the service area, I was treated wonderfully well and immediately. Doors "automatically" opened for me, which I found delightful, as it has become a rarity, these days.
