I am new to this dealership and Lexus. Bobby Bosley received my wife Ramona and me in a very friendly and professional manner. We talked about what car model or type we were interested me. He brought the car, I drove it and liked it. Bobby took all the information he needed and we were taken to Finance and documentation was signed. We left the dealership and I started noticing bubbles in the tint work on the back window. The following day (Sunday), I texted Bobby just be sure the bubbles were noted, even though Bobby was off on Monday. He said he would check his schedule and let me know when to bring the car in for necessary correction. Today Tuesday, I have not spoken to Bobby but he may be giving the bubbles to go away. Since I know nothing about window tinting I am waiting to see what he will say. Overall I want the tint bubbles to be noted and not forgotten. If they continue disappearing we've it under control. Bobby has told me he is available to answer any question we may have and I believe he will. More
