After not even 5 months of purchasing my Jeep at this dealership it just decided to not start anymore..no pre-warning or anything. Being disappointed and annoyed at the fact this happens to a brand new c dealership it just decided to not start anymore..no pre-warning or anything. Being disappointed and annoyed at the fact this happens to a brand new car the begin with, the dealership won’t even try to get it in for repair and furnish a loaner in the mean time. I am a return customer with Rick Hendricks and never had an issue with the ones in North Carolina, but this here isn’t even poor customer service. It’s pure dis concerning people. With everything going on now Days, leaving me stranded and not doing anything will not get me to consider buying or Serviceinformationen another Jeep Truly disappointed at the non committed promise of we’ll be here if you need anything. In the end they just had to refer me to the agent for my Jeep warranty. That took a total of 5 min to create a case and response (rental car) will be ready within 24 hours Big wow More

I took my truck to you for five issues that were legitimate and ongoing. With your diagnostic fee set up that you have I got charged 638.00 for diagnostic fees because you cannot duplicate the issue legitimate and ongoing. I would not of wasted my time driving 40 minutes to your dealership and leaving it with you for a month had the issues not been legitimate. I think it is unethical in the way that you are able to be discretionary on what is an issue that can be duplicated and what cannot be at the time of vehicle is brought in. This was warranty work that I should have been able to drive out of the dealership with $100 bill however being a business owner in Covid right now I had to dip into my Christmas fund to pay 500 and some odd dollars for a work that was not performed . Only one item on the list was fixed. All the other parts were on back order for over 30 days. Instead of holding a customers vehicle that is drivable for 30 days it should’ve been presented to me far earlier than what I requested that I could take my vehicle back and drive it and come back when the parts actually arrive. The service person I had was decent in his communication however the business practice of the service department I think is less than stellar. It may be an industry standard or one within the Hendrick motorsports organization but he’s a poor one that can unfairly or an ethically take advantage of customers at anybody’s discretion. I will not bring my vehicle back to you for the additional warranty work, I unfortunately at this point cannot recommend you to anybody for service work if you would like to reach out to me and come to a better understanding and outcome than what I have been presented to date I am available.
