But at the time of the actual service my vehicle's warranty expired. It was not expired when I made the appointment. The service representative cannot address this issue. He kept telling me to contact the corporate. He had to charge me for the repair. I understand that he may not have the authority to change that. He is a great person, but the dealership need to address this for its customers. We as customers only see dealership as a go to person. We dont know any body in the high up Corporate. Second concern is that over priced parts. I purchased two front fender liner clip. The plastic clip cost me $10 each. Come on, it is way too over priced. I went on Mopar's own website and it is only selling for like 1 or 2 dollars each. This is rip off. More

The first time I went in to have my car serviced, they broke 2 parts on my wheel, I was told it would take a week or so to get the replacement part in. Came back over a week later, I was told that they do broke 2 parts on my wheel, I was told it would take a week or so to get the replacement part in. Came back over a week later, I was told that they don’t have time today. Understandable as I didn’t make an appointment. Went back again a couple weeks later, they had my car the whole day, and when I went back right before they were closing they said “we weren’t able to get it done today as we don’t have the manpower” that’s something they should’ve have told me before I left my car there the entire day.
