I reached out to Vince pretty last minute about a 2021 Explorer that was listed online. I was very impressed not only with the quick responses and confirmation that it was still available, but the transp Explorer that was listed online. When I had arrived there was another interested party looking at the vehicle but it luckily worked out in my favor! Vince was able to everything done so fast, and Brad in finance had everything for me with in 20- 30 minutes of getting everything he needed. You guys suck! Sat there 3 hours with no update! Then car had to stay overnight! Then our truck was there and nothing done in 3 hours, then said they can't do any Sat there 3 hours with no update! On 5/16/2022 I came to Dorsch Ford East Side to look at a 2017 Explorer which I saw online. I was greeted by the two ladies at the desk in the lobby. I told them I was here to see a vehicle I’d seen on line. 2017 Explorer which I saw online. I was greeted by the two ladies at the desk in the lobby. I told them I was here to see a vehicle I’d seen on line. They told me they would get #1. That was Vince Rosinsky and he certainly lived up to #1. Vince was my salesman who from the first moments made me feel at home and walked me through the process after we looked at the Explorer I was interested in. I was given a tour of Dorsch and was told about all the services they provide. Given the option of coffee or other beverages when we sat to discuss the purchase. This transaction was seamless! Vince introduced me to Brad in Finance to get the ball rolling with my CU. Now on 05/18/2022 we arrived to pick up the Explorer. Vince had this vehicle exquisitely prepared for my wife and I. He took us through all the options the vehicle has and explained them. Totally satisfied. They gave us a coupon for a future service.
