I had found a specific veh I was very impressed with Costa's knowledge and overall time he took to explain everything to me in the purchasing process. I had found a specific vehicle online and made a call. I spoke with Jordan on the phone and he was also very helpful and professional. Jordan also came up to introduce himself while I was in the showroom waiting on the car. I bought a used 2018 Sportage, the vehicle was being used as an employee car and it needed to be cleaned from the usage. I would say my only issue was the car wasn't completely clean when I was given it. There were personal things left in the car, nothing of importance but getting a new car with things left in it was disappointing. Costa was very friendly and made the process easy and painless. My wife also owns a Kia and we will be customers for our next vehicles in the future. More

Going into a dealership to buy a car is never a fun process, and even more so when you have questionable credit, but all the guys at summit place kia made the process as easy as it could be. Made me feel comfortable and explained everything as we went. I really wanted a new 2019 Kia Forte in this sweet red color they have, and they even made that happen for me too.
