Quality Experience I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester Touring as the electronic packages on the Subaru vehicles was of prime concern. Working with Matt Bartels I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester Touring as the electronic packages on the Subaru vehicles was of prime concern. Working with Matt Bartelson, who I have worked with on prior purchases, was delightful and a learning experience. Matt guided me threw all of the aspects of the 1029 Forester and, because of the market demand, helped me order the exact car and options that I deemed critical. When the car arrived, his patient and knowledgeable instructions explained the various functions in an understandable manner. I have been a Falcone customer for years, purchased several vehiclse from the dealership as they are always straight forward, honest and knowledgeable on the products - they are great to deal with from the initial visit through the financing and vehicle pickup. Great service also!. More

Check engine light becomes problem child. I took my 5 year old 65,000 forester in for a check engine light. Due to being busy and not having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in and I took my 5 year old 65,000 forester in for a check engine light. Due to being busy and not having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. When I picked my vehicle up I head home only to have an issue, I immediately turned around and dropped it back off. I told them what happened they took a few days and went through it with a fine tooth comb. When I got it back they meet and exceeded every request I had. My vehicle has had all scheduled service performed by them and they will still be the only place I take my vehicle for service and repair. More

Always great at Falcone Suburu I brought my Suburu Forester in to have the tire checked - it had a nail in it, and I had previously taken it to a tire store, where I was told that i I brought my Suburu Forester in to have the tire checked - it had a nail in it, and I had previously taken it to a tire store, where I was told that it was through the sidewall, and was told there was no option other than a new tire. It didn't look that way to me, so I decided to see what my friends at Falcone Suburu would say. Without knowing that I had had the tire evaluated elsewhere, my service representative said that the nail was near the border between the tread and the sidewall, and said that I had THREE options - plug the hole, replace the tire, or plug the hole and replace the tire only if the plug didn't work. He actually encouraged me to plug the hole, since a slowly leaking tire is not dangerous, rather than spending money a tire I might not need - thereby proving that Falcone Suburu Service is all about customer service, and NOT all about money! At Falcone Suburu, everyone from Sales to Service (in-between) is great! More

First, and foremost, I must say that my dealings with the Falcone Subaru dealership have been a privilege as well as a pleasure. I have NEVER dealt with a finer more decent car dealership. A dealership that I actually look forward to going into for whatever reason. Falcone Subaru has gone well above and beyond to meet my wishes. I have owned several luxury vehicles. My physical needs are changing as far as the ease I need in getting in and out of a vehicle. I had the time available to check out multiple makes, models and dealedships. I test drove about everything and I soon realized that I needed a moderate sized SUV. I went online to check the professional reviews and the Subaru Forester took 1st place. I feel that I'm a fairly easy person to deal with. As far as my dealings with all of the other dealerships, none could compete with Falcone Subaru. I am a member of the Costco Wholesale Club. Falcone is your Costco Subaru contact in Indianapolis. I made a call and spoke to sales associate Justin Poytner. Well, I hit the Jackpot! Not only is Justin a gentleman, but it was clear that I was being treated fairly. This was paramount to me since I am a woman on my own in a car situation. Justin did not try to pressure me into a vehicle that I did not need nor a vehicle I could not afford. Now, we come to the test drive. it was a very pleasant surprise that the Forester proved to be an extremely soft and smooth ride. I had hoped that my next vehicle would be one that I really liked. Well, I LOVE my Subaru Forester in Quartz Blue. I have not named a vehicle in the past 25 years. I am now driving Bluebelle! I hope that I can live several more years just so I can drive Bluebelle! When I went into sign the check and pick her up I had the down payment and the monthly payment I needed. This deal was more than fair and completely hassle free.
