The day we came to pick up the car, Michael was outside waiting for us and had everything ready to go. He made sure the buying process went smoothly and got us out with our new car relatively quickly. He even helped us pair our phones with the Bluetooth before we left the lot. He did not get discouraged when we told him the first day we visited that we would not buy that day, and his sales manager was also very kind and polite. Not pushy or snarky like some we have felt with( cleveland ford used vehicle manager). I would not hesitate to go to Honda of Cleveland for any of my future vehicle needs and ask for the most polite salesman i have ever delt with, and his reasonable sales manager Rodney as well. More
