My name is Brent Durham and I am very happy to be a part of the sales team at HRBG. I am a 2015 graduate of Trinity High School in Louisville KY. While in high school I played baseball, rugby and competed in power lifting (I was named 2013 National Champion in my class). After graduation from Trinity I decided to attend UAFS for a year and a half. I eventually decided to follow my dad and grandfather into the car business (Scott and Bob Durham). Between my dad, stepmother (Renee Durham), and my grandfather (Harry Robinson) I have been given a great opportunity to be successful. With 70 years of experience combined, in the Fort Smith market, they are teaching me what they call the Harry Robinson way to help my customers. I came in yesterday to trade in my vehicle. I was told that a deal could be reached if I put my down. I came back in today to accept the deal. However, when speaking to Adam, a manager, I was t I was told that a deal could be reached if I put my down. I came back in today to accept the deal. However, when speaking to Adam, a manager, I was told that the deal could not be reached. Ultimately I'm okay with that, but Adam was extremely condescending and rude. While explaining to me why a deal wouldn't work, he proceeded to write "2+2=4" on a sheet of paper as if I was a child. I proceeded to walk way and go to my car, but came back to ask another person what his name was. When I was got his name from another person, I proceeded back to my car. That's when Adam came outside and continued to yell while approaching my car. I wasn't sure what his intentions were and didn't want to cause a scene so I ended up driving off. The entire experience was unpleasant, to say the least. I'd really think twice before purchasing a vehicle from here. I definitely won't be coming back. More
