Always professional with quality service and products. As a multiple Lexus owner, I have been consistently pleased. However, I have an issue of concern that took place yesterday. Upon closing on the purchase of my leased vehicle, my credit score was well below my history. The report showed I had two mortgages on the same house. The finance guy agreed it was obviously an error, but cut me no slack on the interest rate. The most disturbing point is that he refused to allow me to refinance upon the correction of the blatant error by the mortgage company. I have since talked with other finance offices that will entertain a refinance. This display of “not my problem” attitude does not destroy my decade long appreciation of Northside Lexus, but was a poor display of the impeccable service I have become used to. More

Generally less than satisfactory experience when paying off a one pay lease. Biggest complaint was I was not given full and accurate info on the payoff total prior to arrival. Also waited nearly 75 min to see finance guy with very little explanation for the delay. Would have expected at least an occasional update on when he might be available. We had an appointment for 1020 but did not meet with finance until about 1140 after sitting in the salesman’s office fir over an hour. Delays happen but at least try to keep the customer informed. Service dept was very good. No issue with finance once we got to sit down with him. More
