Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

Rallye Service has been extremely consistent for the more than 20 years I’ve been working with their dealership. Brandon, Bret, Shane, Orlando, and Pasquale…all led by Chris have really worked together on se than 20 years I’ve been working with their dealership. Brandon, Bret, Shane, Orlando, and Pasquale…all led by Chris have really worked together on several issues that are now resolved and have me back on the road, enjoying my ride. Not to sound cliché, but they really do care and put in whatever it takes to make things right!! It’s why I’ve stayed with them all these years!! More

I live outside the area in Pennsylvania and was traveling on business. I had a flat tire and had the fortunate luck of dealing with Rallye and their customer service. I was treated like I was a regular cust on business. I had a flat tire and had the fortunate luck of dealing with Rallye and their customer service. I was treated like I was a regular customer. In fact, the experience was so smooth, pleasant and positive, it was a refreshing client experience. I went on to tell almost everyone I saw that week about their service as an example of what to strive for and deliver. I still talk about the experience now, weeks later. Can't say enough thank you's to the tech's, front desk and service team. They made it extremely easy for an out of town customer to get a tire replaced effectively the same day it was dropped off, coordinate, communicate status and get me on my way. Great job! More
