Fantastic service ! AAA I WAS A BMW driver for the last 20 years and I had such a bad experience with the company and the dealership that I decided to explore other options. My first car back when I was 18 (only few years ago ha!) was an Acura white Integra LS Special edition (wow white rims :-) ) and I loved the car (car accident I was ok but the car was total) well to make the story long short, I went to the dealership in Peoria and the service was so great that I ended leasing the new TLX. From the salesperson to the finance lady to the service my experience has been outstanding. I work in McCormick Parkway (ways away from the dealership) but every time is time for an oil change they come and pick my car, allow me to use a loaner until my car is done. My is my service advisor is Brian he is excellent. I'm not considering going back to BMW, I only miss the head-up display for my BMW but other than that I love love love my car. More

Excellent buying experience! My wife and I live in Flagstaff and traveled to Acura of Peoria this past week to trade in a Lexus CT200h for a 2014 Acura RDX. I had reservation of My wife and I live in Flagstaff and traveled to Acura of Peoria this past week to trade in a Lexus CT200h for a 2014 Acura RDX. I had reservation of calling to even inquire about this deal because I have had horrible experiences at other Phoenix dealerships when trying to negotiate a trade/purchase deal from this distance. Here is what set Acura of Peoria apart from the rest... First, when I initiated my call to Acura of Peoria I was connected to Darren Maus in sales. Darren was attentive, direct, and helpful in expediting trade value of my Lexus. Darren then physically checked inventory to make sure the two Acura SUV's my wife and I were interested in were still available and sent more pictures at my wife's request. I was then contacted by sales manager, Paul Brown, who further discussed and negotiated the trade and purchase offer over the phone. Paul was honest about what he could and couldn't offer, personable, and also genuinely listened to our needs. Within less than an hour of initiating my first call, Darren, Paul and myself had bartered an excellent deal. My wife and I drove the following day to test drive the Acura's we were interested in with our three dogs in tow! Upon arriving, we were greeted upon entering the dealership at our pace vs. being swarmed like pray for the kill and subsequently made to feel welcome to their dealership, dogs included. We were given ample opportunity to test drive and deliberate between our available choices of vehicles. Admittedly we are not the easiest customers and all of our questions and concerns were met with a positive attitude from both Darren and Paul. Eventually, my wife and I made our decision of purchasing a pre-owned Acura RDX. Once the deal was agreed upon, Brian in the service department hustled to install a factory roof rack, remove some damaged window tint (a very minor tint issue that would not bother most people, but did me), and lubricate motor mechanisms in the side view mirrors. Mind you this was at 3 PM on a Friday and these were not small tasks and reasonably the dealership could have requested we wait until the following day for delivery, however they did not. Instead they whisked the Acura away to ready it for our return trip to Flagstaff. We were told this would take a few hours and directed to a fantastic restaurant for take out. We ran a few errands and before we had even finished both of these tasks, we were called and informed finance was ready to sign paperwork and our vehicle would be ready about the time we finished in finance. Justin Larsen in finance was efficient, funny and friendly while also welcoming our three dogs into his office. We were in and out of finance in record time, while still having our questions taken care of without feeling rushed. Possibly the most important note is that the deal we made 2+ hours away was honored without exception even after arriving at the dealership! Moments after walking out of finance, our new to us vehicle was ready with all service items taken care of. Attention to detail was not missed and huge thank you to Paul, Darren, Brian and Justin for their amazing customer service and commitment to making this buying experience from start to finish top notch!
