The Absolute Worst new car buying experience I have ever had. Sold me a truck advertised as NEW but it was a DEMO. It was advertised with 36 miles on it when in fact it had 4,100 miles on it. It's a USED ve had. Sold me a truck advertised as NEW but it was a DEMO. It was advertised with 36 miles on it when in fact it had 4,100 miles on it. It's a USED vehicle. I was not given any monetary consideration because it was used. They advertise a $1,000 Pine Belt Rewards discount. However I couldn't use it because it's only for returning customers. Nice reward for new customers thinking they are getting something and then they don't. Also offered was a $500 GM educator award. Even though my wife was an educator for many years and retired from that position she wasn't entitled to that because she was retired. Again, nice way to reward your new customers. I had a trade-in initially valued at $4,400 only to have it reduced by $400 because the appraiser confused my trade in with someone else. Odd, because there were no other customers in the showroom that night. I would not recommend this dealership for any kind of vehicle purchase. A big surprise came during finance, when they did not even mention extended warranty, tire warranty, lost key warranty, and so on. When I asked why they didn’t try to push this on me. I was told most people don’t want it so we don’t offer it unless they ask for it. This was a first for me. This is a great dealership, a different experience than I have had at others. More
