I am not from Moline. I was driving to the west coast when my car had sudden issues. This was the literal worst news I could have received while moving all of my belongings from one side of the country to the other. The only good thing about that day was that I was lucky enough to have Timeta Ellis help me. I have never written a review for a salesperson before, but I would like to say that on one of the most stressful days of my life I felt like I had someone looking out for me. I am a young woman and to be honest I am very nervous when it comes to servicing my car or buying cars because it can be easy to take advantage of my lack of expertise. After hours of looking at used cars, I had almost signed when I realized the one we had discussed didn't fit what I needed. Ms. Ellis not only helped me past closing, she personally gave me a ride to find lodging for the night so that I could stay in Moline and come back to buy a different car in the morning. I left, on time, and was able to avoid rescheduling an entire week of hotel stays because of it. This dealership provided me not only with a sales experience, but a genuine helping hand, when I needed it most, on a stressful day in a town where I knew no one. I don't know if people read these reviews, but I can honestly say that if I had it my way every single woman I know (of which there are many) who share my same frustrations would be buying cars at this dealership. I may have had an unlucky day but I still count myself as very lucky in the end. Every person who helped me was kind and understanding and I truly hope they know what an asset Ms. Ellis is for their dealership and their community. More
