I was in the market for a new Honda Accord and I searched cars.com. That brought me in contact with many different dealerships and many different sales people. One dealership and sales professional stuck out though and that was Randy Hill at Zimmerman Honda. I made contact with Randy over the phone and he was polite, professional and prompt answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I work night shift over 60 hours a week and have three children, my time is extremely valuable to me. I was very concerned about doing business with someone I have never met in person over 3 hours away from my home but We agreed on a deal over the phone. To reassure me I spoke with general sales manager Brian Deriemacker and he sent me an email with the exact numbers we talked about, went through it all step by step with me so there was no confusion and made sure I was clear and understood everything. I made the over 3 hour trip, Randy was right there to greet me, get me a cup of coffee and had my new car inside where it was warm and was very respectful about my time because I had to get back home to my three children. There were no games, no gimmicks, no added pressure. Everything was just as we discussed before I made the trip. I trade every two years I have never received this kind of treatment or respect of my time at any other dealership. My hat is off to Brian and Randy. I was super impressed by the way they do business and how they genuinely care. Today they gained a customer for life. More
