Was on time for my oil change and waited WAY too long. Also, I got this change because I was called by someone at Toyota who said I was due for one. Yet when I got in the car there was a sticker on the windshield saying I should get another one at a mileage that was 5000 from my current mileage. This just strikes me as too tricky on their part. I've bought about 7 or 8 cars from them and they have always been great. But things seem to have changed. More

I feel that the service dept is always trying to over sell services. I was told my tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced, I took the vehicle and tire to the place originally purchased and w sell services. I was quoted $1400 for newcMichelin tires and was able to purchase the exact same tire for just under $1k.. told they would match my price..no desire to deal with the dealership! More
