I have nothing but great things to say about both the staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concernin staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concerning returning calls or finding information for me. And, last but not least, she sat with me for almost an hour explaining the general operation of the controls inside the cockpit. Sean was great in that he found the vehicle I was looking for at another dealership which was out of state. Instead of waiting until June or July to take delivery, it was mearly two weeks. The parts department order some things I requested, and the parts arrived before I was scheduled to take delivery of my vehicle. The two ladies at the reception desk, and the other salespersons were very willing to answer any questions they could when Brianna and Sean were not available. I am extremely impressed with this dealership and staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Acura! More

Stan called to say that another customer had driven the truck and would be back. Stan suggested that if I wished to complete our deal that I put down a deposit. I did and I felt good. Courtesy Acura is 7.5 hours from my location in northwest Wyoming. When I arrived I was met by Lou with a warm hand shake and a big smile. He took me to meet Stan, which I was correct when talking to him on the phone a warm smile. They thought I should see the truck. It was amazing, the color red was so bright, yep I made a very good choice. The paper process was made easy and very understandable by Brianna. As we needed to correct spelling and remove an item, Brianna indicated no problem. She asked about extended warranty. Yes, I believe it would be best as these newer vehicles are controlled by computers. As I was being helped to transfer my stuff to my new truck, I has given some helpful tips to learn about my GMC Denali.
