My car was taken in for an oil change and another repair, but when I got the car back the oil change wasn’t done and neither was the repair. I spoke to John, the service manager, and he arranged to have my c but when I got the car back the oil change wasn’t done and neither was the repair. I spoke to John, the service manager, and he arranged to have my car picked back up and have the oil changed and the repair made, no charge. I was very impressed and grateful. The valet service is great too. I appreciate not having to sit in the dealership to wait. The valet drivers were very nice and personable, too. Thank you! More
