Excellent service and personnel! Everyone in the service department is so helpful. I've had a few problems with my X3 and they have worked to resolve them. He and the used car manager, Fred Palmer, have treated me very well. They have been completely honest with me and have gone out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with both of my purchases. When it comes time for service, their service department is top notch. I deal with Britney Quick, who is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely Satisfied I have always wanted to own a BMW. Have been recently retired and owning a BMW being on my Bucket List I went to BMW of Westlake to see if that could I have always wanted to own a BMW. Have been recently retired and owning a BMW being on my Bucket List I went to BMW of Westlake to see if that could be possible. I was greeted by Steve Mihalic and I explained that I was here to see if owning or leasing a BMW was within my budget and we should start with their best offers of any vehicle. After a few minutes of questions Steve suggested I look at leasing a used 3 series that could meet my requirements and budget. We picked out a 328I xdrive from a list of cars at the dealership and I was on my test drive. The rest is history. More
