I recently had the pleasure of working with Brittney at Subaru services, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the start, she attentively listened to the issues we were facing with ou Subaru services, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the start, she attentively listened to the issues we were facing with our car and assured us that she would do everything in her power to help. Though there were a few hiccups along the way, Brittney remained determined to make things right. She displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication, going the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed and that we left the service center satisfied. Brittney's exceptional customer service skills were evident throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, kept us informed of the progress, and patiently answered all our questions. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy, but Brittney's commitment to our satisfaction was evident in every interaction we had with her. In the end, she managed to resolve all the issues with our car, and we left the service center feeling completely satisfied with the experience. I am grateful for Brittney's hard work and dedication, and I would highly recommend her as an advisor to anyone in need of exceptional service at Subaru. I just wanted to say, this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Chris was very kind and helpful. He encouraged me to get a recommended fluid for my tires, which I'm thankful for the car being at tiptop shape. Service technicians are incompetent at identifying problems and have lost our keys twice. We’ve dropped our car off at scheduled appointment times early in the morning and have been told the car hasn’ problems and have lost our keys twice. We’ve dropped our car off at scheduled appointment times early in the morning and have been told the car hasn’t been looked at until late afternoon. We are frustrated with the consistent issue of dropping our car off and having to wait more than eight hours for it to be ready. We absolutely hate this dealership and will never return. Every chance I get to talk about Tucson Subaru, I say how much they suck and we regret buying a Subaru. More

Brittney really needs help with her customer service skills. When a customer has a concern about the performance of their vehicle take the time to listen. Don't just listen to what the tech is trying skills. When a customer has a concern about the performance of their vehicle take the time to listen. Don't just listen to what the tech is trying to repeat what the customer said to him that morning. Not everyone is a stupid car owner that knows nothing about the car. Next time I take my car in for service I will make sure I don't have to deal with Brittney. The dealership in general is awesome the service department is great for oil changes but anything else I'm on the fence. More
