I do see that you declined diagnosis by a main line technician and instead asked for a quick visual inspection of the suspension by the technician changing the oil on your Forester. We will not be back or recommend Tucson Subaru. The technicians do not complete work within the estimated timeframe, they have not done work that was required (replacement of sun visors), nor do they do a quality job (failing to fix a rattling sound coming from the sunglasses compartment). There is a clear lack of oversight and accountability in the service department. The technicians and mechanics need to be supervised and followed up on in order to ensure work is done. When I asked about if she w checked to make sure the work to fix the rattling (loose ball bearing) had been performed, Brittany said she trusted the technicians who did the work. The rattling started again the next day. I wish I would have asked her if they were the same technicians who were supposed to replace the sun visors. Brittany is pleasant and professional, but a new protocol to ensure work has been done needs to be instated because I feel the technicians are not trustworthy.
