Purchased the nicest vehicle of my life and was treated like I was an idiot. Was told an incorrect interest rate, things on the vehicle were not even up to par and when I asked if they could fix them, I w like I was an idiot. Was told an incorrect interest rate, things on the vehicle were not even up to par and when I asked if they could fix them, I was flat out denied, because I was already getting “good good deal”. No floor mats were included or gas in the vehicle. I was there for over 6 hours on my birthday, I was already pre approved and knew I wanted the vehicle In a half hour. yet it still took that long ... I could good go on and on with the problems that I had here, oh even heard a technician, saying “ he did not give a xxxx if I was from Wisconsin and he would get to it when he gets to it”. Top notch place. More
