He also came up with suggestions of vehicles that we might not have ever looked at. We ended up buying one of the ones he suggested for us versus what we were thinking. He knows his products very well and was able to open up other options for us that we did not know about. I highly suggest you ask for him when you arrive at Summit Place Kia as well as many of his co-workers that I have tagged in this review. They all will go above and beyond to help you. After calling the building and talking to Eric Carlton I felt confident that my problems may be solved by the end of the evening. once walking in the door I was greeted by someone whom felt like an old friend, in the sence i was completely comfortable talking with this person who i really had never spend more than 5 minutes talking to in my whole life, Eric. So, after a few paperworks and a test drive i had found the car i wanted/ needed to get out of my xxx truck. Eric helped me get the best trade in value i could, he gave me car facts on my old vehical and broke it down for me and really made everything easy for me to understand - being someone who hasnt studied financial wizardry at all. By the end of the night i was in a 2019 Kia and am completely satisified with the whole deal. 5 stars are far too few to describe my expirence with Eric Carlton and Summit Place Kia of Auburn Hills. (Also Erics brother was cool too. Two cool guys) More
